Hey there!

I'm Sam, though some of you might already know me as AngryKarin666.

I've been an artist and art enthusiast for most of the time i've been alive. And for the last few years i've been sharing that more and more.

I spend what ever time i'm not working, sleeping, or doing crafts on art sites like DeviantArt, Furafinity, Tumblr, Fanfiction, Newgrounds, and Youtube. Before any of you say anything like "But only DA and Furafinity are art sites! All those other sites are for videos, games, or writing! Not art!" I have to tell you, those are all forms of art. Art is a broad and ever changing spectrum of self-expression in which anyone can find an audience, no matter how small.

I, like most artists, excel more in one form than others. My medium is so called "traditional art", usually done on my tablet or paper sketchbooks. Though I have been known to dabble in the other forms via singing, playing instruments (kind of poorly to be honest), crafts like sculpting and jewelery making, knitting/crochet, belly-dance, and sewing.

Like many artists I struggle sometimes with posting my artwork, stage-fright when singing, and feedback with a questioning or negative tone. I also find myself often undervaluing my own work despite the almost constant praise of those closest to me, constantly comparing myself to "true" or "better" artists.

This blog will be my means of sharing my love of other artists and art pieces with you guys, as well as providing a look at my own thoughts on the less than stellar aspects of art culture as well.

Hope you guys look as forward to this as I do and give a bit of thought back if you want.
